I never thought it was possible to ever see the way I do now after having done PRK. I still push my imaginary glasses up my nose and wake up in the middle of the night thinking that I have to go remove my contact lenses. The surgery was ABSOLUTELY painfree and the discomfort was minimal with the help of the drops. Now I go around reading everything out loud like a kid who's hooked on phonics!
